We proudly service the Tallahassee area and the surrounding counties. We also travel nationwide for events. A travel and lodging fee will be added to your event package for this service.
Once your order has been finalized an invoice will be emailed to you with instructions on how to submit your payment.
Orders should by placed as soon as possible. However we do ask for bookings to be done at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. A rush fee is added to any bookings that are done with less than 2 weeks notice.
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for your event and your supplies are ordered. Orders cancelled 14 days or more prior to your event date are eligible for a credit towards your next event equal to monies paid, however no refund will be given. Refunds are not provided on any balloon orders or events.
